Well. Looks like I kinda fell off the edge of the world again. This happens periodically.
Amazingly, this site is still getting regular visitors! All because of a random post subjecting The Killers’ All These Things That I’ve Done to internal verbatim analysis.
(Which produced a vague interpretation of the song that is at odds with the author’s stated meaning – i.e. that it is about Iraq war vets).
Nevertheless, that article has driven steadily increasing traffic to this site – despite my failure to post anything in more than two years.

A lot can happen in two years. In that time both I and my partner have had our relationships with our children grievously damaged by the other parents’ coercive control.
I haven’t seen my daughter in more than two years.
My partner’s son is held captive in a corrupt foreign jurisdiction (Portugal), under the total control of his father.
There is so much more to say about the phenomenon of Parental Alienation. But for now, here is a song I wrote for my daughter.
