I love Caitlin Jonstone. I admire her passion and compassion, her perception, and her real actual “Rugged Individualism.”

I am saddened by the parts of her work that I consider futile self-torture. And I’m disappointed with her often completely counter productive polemic diatribes and ad hominem attacks.

Not that I think she is often wrong, though.

But here is a somewhat lyrical feeling piece that sheds light on an important subject, without especial pathos or too much in-foot-herself-shooting –
